In any case the time of arrival is kindly\u00a0 recommended within 24 hours: as the B&amp;B is family-run, there isn&#8217;t a reception always open!<br \/>\nCheck-out is by 10am.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SINGLE SEASON<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rates refer to a double room per day, inclusive of overnight stay and breakfast.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 day: 115 \u20ac<\/li>\n<li>2 days: 110 \u20ac<\/li>\n<li>3-4 days: 105 \u20ac<\/li>\n<li>5-6 days: 100 \u20ac<\/li>\n<li>&gt; 7 days: 95 \u20ac<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Children from 6 years old are welcome.<br \/>\nFor every extra guest (max 2)\u00a0 only in the &#8220;Alice\u201d room, the additional fee will be 25\u20ac per day\/person (from 10 years old), 20\u20ac per day\/person (from 6 to 9 years old).<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RATE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-the TOURIST TAX, 2 \u20ac per person per day<\/p>\n<p>-use of the KITCHEN, only for dinner, 10\u20ac<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; USE OF THE WELLNESS AREA: \u20ac20 per day\/per person, including bathrobe, towel for the sauna, slippers, herbal teas and\u2026relax!!!<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately animals are not allowed in the facility.<\/p>\n<p><strong>It is strictly forbidden to smoke<\/strong> in the rooms and communal areas of the B&amp;B. The facility is equipped with smoke detectors.<\/p>\n<p>Maximum stay allowed: 29 consecutive days.<\/p>\n<p>Read the booking rules carefully. A booking confirmation assumes acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event of an email booking directly with the B&amp;B, a 15% deposit via bank transfer is required. The aforesaid deposit must be paid within three days from the B&amp;B\u2019s confirmation of availability, after which the booking will not be considered confirmed.<br \/>\nIn the event of an online booking, the deposit will be withdrawn directly by credit card.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of cancellation, the only valid method is by email directly to the B&amp;B. As provided by art.1385 of the civil code, a deposit will be refunded according to the conditions listed below: up to 8 days before check-in during high season, up to 3 days before check-in during low season; after this period the deposit will be withheld, but I will be happy to consider it valid for 12 months for a new reservation.<br \/>\nIn the event of an interruption of stay, the guest is obliged to pay the full amount of the booking.<br \/>\nIn the case of no-shows, the deposit will be retained.<br \/>\nThe balance of the booking must be paid on departure, including any extras, and can be paid by credit or debit card, or cash.<br \/>\nReasons of force majeure.<br \/>\nThe B&amp;B Virasol accepts no responsibility for disruptions due to non-delivery, accidental malfunctions of equipment or other reasons of force majeure.
